DESCRIPTIONS:
Young aspiring photographers in Malaysia between the ages of 13 and 17 years were invited to submit an original digital photo and caption that highlights one of five fundamental children’s rights: dignity; survival, development, safety and participation. The Picture My Rights teen photo contest was held from 1 September 2014 to 10 October 2014.

The Picture My Rights teen photo contest was held from 1 September 2014 to 10 October 2014.
Photographs submitted to the contest is reviewed by a panel of judges comprising Ms. Belmonte (UNICEF), Mr. Yee (The Star), and Mr. Wong (The School). Mr. Pirozzi is a guest judge. Entries are evaluated based on creativity as well as the idea and inspiration behind the photograph. The five winners will be announced in October 2014. Their photographs will be exhibited together with other shortlisted entries at The School, Jaya One at an exhibition by CAP from 26 October 2014 to 31 December 2014.
